His talk was concerned with creative writing as a factor in creative education. Now comes the announcement that the Chicago Herald and Examiner, be- ginning Sunday, November 18, will publish 16 color pages containing 30 comics. It is claimed that never in the history of American journalism has another newspaper published so many comics in a single edition. This great- ly enlarged comic section will be a regular feature of this newspaper every Sunday from November 18 on. Among the people of comic land that will appear in this greater comic sec- tion are: Skippy, Little Jimmy, Felix the Cat, of Movie fame, Thimble Theater, Sappo, Dumb Dora, the Nebbs, Just Kids, Always Belittlin', Toonerville Folks and many of the old favorites.
