"Good night, Winnetka to Meet Strong Highwood Eleven Tomorrow It's here! The game that Winnetka football fans have been eyeing all sea- son and with great interest, is at last a reality, The strong bunch of hus- kies shown above, representing the Winnetka football team, will engage the cqually strong Highwood team to- morrow at New Trier High school field. Both teams have had an unusually successful season, and this game is certain to be one that will long be remembered by the local grid en- thusiasts. Although the Winnetka team did not play last Sunday due to the wet condition of the field, they have practised hard this week, and with Cassell and Jensen back in the lineup, Coach Doepel promises to give Winnetka its strongest defensive com- bination of the year. The backfield candidates are all in good trim and it is undecided as to which four will start the game. It is thought that the starting backfield may be composed of Martin, Affeldt, McKinney and Conci- dine, while Baker and Jackett are sure to get into the fray and show their worth. The Winnetka team has a record to be proud of this season, having played eight games, winning six and being held to two scoreless ties. They have compiled 109 points to the visitors' seven. Let's get out and cheer our boys along, and help them go through an unmarred season. The game is scheduled for 2:15 at the New Trier High school field. Everybody wel- come!
