- Site Description
- The Spangler sits upright and very intact with aft cabin and two masts still standing although masts are not reproduced in the model. Evidence of the collision can be seen in damage to the bow. Deck complete. Maritime equipment extant on site includes windlass, wood stock anchor, multiple booms, topsail masts, capstan, bilge pump, centerboard winch, foremast fife rail, chain plates, deadeyes, ships wheel, and rudder.
