- A copy of a statement given by Dr. John King, of the Medical Board of Upper Canada, stating that Dr. William Lang of Toronto informs him that Mr. Edward Barnett, of the Commissariat Department, was wounded and consequently disabled on the 7th of December 1837, at the battle of Montgomery's Inn. The statement is endorsed by Dr. William Lang.
