- A letter from Rev. William O'Grady replying to Bp. MacDonell's letter of 23 September 1829.
In relating the state of his mission, O'Grady notes that the Adjala township is seeking a resident priest, that Mr. Peter McDougall is seeking to have the proposed Gore church built in his town of Dougalville, and that there are plans for an Albion church.
As well, he lists Mr. Henry John Boulton, Attorney-General, Sir John Beverley Robinson, Chief Justice, Mr. Peter Robinson, Commissioner of Crown Lands and Surveyor-General of the Woods, Hon. James Baby, and Mr. Peter McDougall as donating towards a new school.
