V x, THEATRE TAKES SHAPE -- These photos of a recent project of Wilson Concrete of Belleville illustrates a new concept in drive-in theatre construction. The top picture shows one of the 74-foot-long, 33-ton "T"-slabs that form the theatre "screen" being loaded for transportation at Wilson's Belleville plant. The stabilizing fin which gives each slab a base width of 10 feet can be seen in the centre photo as one of the massive slabs of prestressed concrete is transported along Highway 401. The bot torn shot was taken as the eleventh of the 12 slabs forming the screen was installed in place at the Kingston site of the theatre, which will be known as "The 66." ' ?23 P I N N A C L E ST.
