Brooklin – I wonder why it is that the Methodist Church is so badly lighted. More evening meetings are held in it than any of the village churches, and larger congregations gather there too. Yet it is the poorest lighted of the lot. I don’t consider my eyesight is failing but I find it a difficult matter to read ordinary print at the evening services. Older people must find it an impossible thing to do.
