Speight, sr., of Markham, Mr. John McBride and wife, of Concord, Mr. Alfred Boomer and wife, of Linwood, Mr. John Boomer, of Clifford, Messrs. R. S. Hall, James Hall, and W. S. Hall and wife, and Miss Orpha Hall, of Hornby, and Mrs. J. Wrigglesworth, of Ashgrove, visited Acton on Saturday to attend the funeral of the late John Speight, Esq.
