CAMPBELLVILLE.
For the last two or three years Mr. Lewis Preston, son of Mrs. James Preston residing two miles from here, has been ailing. His affliction was a painful one and developed into an internal cancer. Some few weeks ago he went to Brampton to his sister's home to have it removed. The operation for a while seemed to be a successful one, but he gradually sank under it, and died there on Wednesday of last week. The remains were sent here by C.P.R. on Thursday evening and interred in the cemetery on Friday evening. He was 41 years of age and unmarried.- Featured Link
