Death of Mrs. Charles Davidson.
After an extended period of illness the wife of Mr. Charles Davidson passed peacefully away on Tuesday evening. Last fall the seeds of consumption were found to have taken root in her system, and although everything in the way of experienced medical skill and the careful nursing of kind friends was performed it was without avail and she gradually sank until death ended her sufferings. Mrs. Davidson was an exemplary christian woman, a member of Knox church, and her trust in Jesus was complete. She had committed her all to her Saviour and had the knowledge of acceptance by Him. The funeral will take place on Friday at two o'clock, to Fairview Cemetery. The heartful sympathy of all is extended to Mr. Davidson in his affliction.
