Community groups to update listing in Town's community service guide

Halton Hills Recreation & Parks compiles a contact listing of non-profit organizations and services, as well as recreational-based businesses for the biannual Town of Halton Hills Activity and Service Guide. This listing is a free service. A package was recently mailed out to all contacts listed in the guide calling for updates for the next 2007 spring and summer issue. If you are a new organization in town, or did not receive a mailing and regularly do so, please contact Recreation & Parks at 905-873-2601, ext. 2261. It's important that your organization return the Community Contact Listing form to Recreation & Parks at the Civic Centre so the most comprehensive and current information can be provided to residents. There is also an opportunity to advertise in the guide if your organization meets the recreational or community service based parameters of the Town's guide. Advertising space is first-come first -serve.
