OBITUARY
MRS. ROBERT ALLAN
By the passing away of Sarah Marilda Kennedy, wife of Robert Allan, lot 3, second line, Erin, on Tuesday morning, a happy home has been bereft of a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Allan was ill for about a month, and was making fair progress toward recovery when she took a turn for the worse and suddenly passed away. She was the daughter of Mr. Darius Kennedy and was born on lot 11, fifth line, Erin, in 1860. On November 27th, 1878, she was married to her sorrowing husband, and they took up their residence on the farm where she died. Three children, Robert N., Edward and Arena survive. Mrs. Allan was an interested member of the Methodist Church, Siloam. The funeral will be held this afternoon, at two o'clock, when her pastor, Rev. T. R. Clarke, will officiate. The burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery.
