CUTHBERT, Arthur Age 79, born in Burley-inWharfedale, England. Long time resident of Oakville. Art passed peacefully on June 7, 2013 with his family by his side. Beloved husband to Sylvia for 57 years and devoted father to daughters Julie (Mike) Sifton of King, Ontario and Cheryl (Stewart) Manchester of St. Albans, Vt. Lovingly remembered Bams of Mike, Torie, Ali (Sifton) and Hailey, Caitlin, David and Chris (Manchester). Predeceased by his brother Raymond of Rexdale. Member in his lifetime of the RAF, Old Uetonians, RMN, Oakville Citizens Band, Oakville Players, and PMAC. Consummate collector, poet, artist and thespian. The family would like to thank Dr. Sweeney and the wonderful staff of Mill 1, Aurora Resthaven for their kind and compassionate care. A Funeral Service was held in the chapel of St. Andrew's College, 15800 Yonge St., Aurora on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 2 p.m. followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Alzheimer Society or The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
