- The headstone at Hillcrest Cemetery reading, “Jimmie June 17, 1919-July 14, 1928; Betty Feb. 16, 1921-July 14, 1928; Phyllis C. Jan. 9, 1923-July 14, 1928 -Beloved children of George C. and Hazel Brown. These lovely buds awhile to us were given transplanted now they brightly bloom in Heaven.” All three children were killed when their car was struck by a train at Norval station.
