"July 16, 1909
We have your box of cards ready, some of them may not be suitable for S.S. but am sending all the children brought. I have been trying for the last week to find Mr. Irvine. I told the girls I never had a such a hard time to find a man before. St. Johns doesn't seem to find him so I am trying to find the street. Many thanks for work, I'm sure my Co. enjoyed it very much. This doesn't look very muddy today does it. With kindest regards.
