Samuel B. Groves, 1223 Wilmette avenue, died last Saturday. Surviving him are his widow, Clara A., one son, Brenton Groves of Chicago, and one daughter, Mrs. Helen Nicholas, who, with her husband, lives at the Wilmette avenue address. Private funeral services were held at Scott's funeral home, 1118 Greenleaf avenue Monday morning with the Rev. Horace G. Smith, former pastor of the Wilmette Parish Methodist Episcopal church, officiating. Burial was at Loudenville, Ohio.
