Clark N. Hollister dies; local Masonic leader

Clark N. Hollister, 1235 Elmwood avenue, passed away early Wednesday evening, December 19, a victim of influenza and pneumonia. Mr. Hollister had been ill about a week.
Mr. Hollister had been a resident of Wilmette for seventeen years and was prominent in local Masonic circles, having served for several years as an officer of Wilmette Chapter, No. 253, Royal Arch Masons. He had recently been elected second highest officer in the Chapter. He was associated in business with C. M. McDonald, north shore automobile dealer.
Surviving Mr. Hollister are his widow, Mrs. Jennie Slossom Hollister, and two daughters, Jeanette Louise, and Lucia Mary.
Services for Mr. Hollister will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock at Scott's Funeral Home on Central avenue, with Wilmette Masons conducting the rites. Burial will be at Kenosha, Wis.- Featured Link
