- Three Evanston camps of Modern Woodmen of America Fraternal Order, are preparing for one of the largest Evanston initiations in Woodman Hall. This will be Fri. night, June 27. More than 400 lodgemen will attend. The Oak Park team, directed by Major Leroy K. Magrah will oversee the initiation. Among the lodgemen who will attend as special guests, are Benjamin Goodheart of Bloomington, State Deputy. O. E. Alexshire of Chicago, State Lecturer. J. H. Hogan of Rock Island, National Inspector. and O. E. Sweeney of Rock Island, an employee of the Woodman paper. District Deputy, Frank Mattis organized the joint initiation.
