The Bowmanville Rotary Club recently purchased a wheel chair to assist the Oshawa and District Cerebral Palsy Clinic in their work with children in this district afflicted with this disease. The presentatian was made by the Club last Thursday to Delbert G. Arkless, President of the Oshawa and District Cerebral Palsy Parent Council, which assists the Clinic in its work by teaching parents how to care for their cerebral palsy children.
