In those good old days Frank Pethick's barber shop was headquarters for musical instruments such as banjos, guitars, mandolins, violins and autoharps. His shop was the mecca for ambitious young musicians and this par- ticular group was in great demand at social affairs, includ- ing church and lodge entertainments, the top affair being' Mayor R. R.
