ICE GOING IN- Eager curling enthusiasts should be getting their broom swishing muscles in shape, because it wont be long unti] they'll be bard at it. There just wasn't time to get them int type. t . - NOMINATIONS - There is quite a flurry araund the Town Hall these days with charges and caunt- er charges flying thick and fast. Nomination Day for Council will be held bere November 25th and should be an exciting event, although other than Herbert Knapp, we have heard no one indicate be or she will be out to be a new randidate. On Monday, Roy Nichols informed council that be would not be running again. Deputy-Reeve Ross Stevens leaves shortly for Africa and wil flot be bere for Nominations, but he could stili qualify if he so wished. At this point, it appears there could be quite a hattie for severa] positions. Only time will tell, but the pot is certainly boiling.
