DRIVING TIPS: Read and Heed Ever read a book and suddenly wake up to the fact that you've just read three or four pages and have not idea what you've read? Your eyes see the words, but they aren't transmitted to the brain. The same thing happens to some drivers when they see traffic signs. They see the signs, but the meaning doesn't sink in. When a traffic sign pops into your vision - read it and heed it. When you pay attention to traffic signs, you show signs of being a good driver.
