Council Briefs Newcastle Council on Mon- day, Nov. l8th voted to withdraw their appeal of a decision by the Committee of Adjustment which gave legal lot size to the property of a Mrs. Ruby Brunt in the Vilage of Newcastle. The property frontage is 55 feet and the required frontage is 76 feet.
