The program was in charge of the Family and Consumer Affairs Convenors, Mrs. Tur- ansky read an article entitled, 'How Safe is Our Food?' t showed how simple food poisoning can be found in certain foods left without refrigeration for a short period of time. Dr. and Mrs. Norman McKenzie from Toronto spent the long weekend, at their cottage east of Kendal and Dr. McKenzie attended church on Sunday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Elliott, North Delta B.C. visited on Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. R. Elliott. Mrs., Norman Elgear re- turned home last week after spending three weeks in Toronto. On Sunday morning at Foster, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Foster, Port Hope; Mr. and Mrs. Allen Fosterý and Mrs. W.H. Foster.
