Mrs. Roy Branch spent a weekwith Mr. and Mrs. Bruce McClure of Mississauga -and visited other relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Harris returned home on Friday after visiting Mr. and Mrs. Roy Fulford and children at Meaford ail last week. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Reffle fromn the Kirkland District have been visiting hier parents Mr. and Mrs. Emil Schmid and sisters and other relatives and frîends. Orono United Church Wo- men General Meeting will be in the Main Hall on Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. October l6th. Guest speaker will be Mrs. Marie Paule Green, Director of Consumer Affairs Department. U.C.W. Unit 2 was held on Tuesday afternoon Oct. 7th at the home of Mrs. M. Bemrose on Division Street South and Unit 4 was on Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs. Bob Reid east of Kirby.Mr. and IMrs. Borden Kramp, Kitchener, were re-' cent visîtors of Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Tamblyn and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon. Special music by the Garden Hill Church Choir - followed by a social hour. Mr. a'nd Mrs. Lawrence Harris visited his mother Mrs. -A. Harris in Oshawa on Sunday. Angiers - Fisk Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Fisk, R.R.3, Pontypool, and Mr. and Mrs. William Angiers, R.R.5, Lindsay are pleased to an- nounce the marriage of their chiidren, Nancy Ellen Rose and Steven Frederick at 2:30, on the twenty seventh day of September, 1975. The cere- mony took place at the Registrar's Building Marine Drive, White Rock, British Columbia. A reception followed at the bride and groom's home and later in the evening everyone enjoyed dinner and dancing. Nancy is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College, Early Childhood Education :~course in Peterborough, and Steve is empioyed by Air Canada, Vancouver Airport.
