The guests were Mr., and Mrs. Harry Worden, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Worden, 'and Carissa, Mr. Sam Pankburst, Mr. and Mrs. Chas Ashton, Mr. and Mrs. Keitb Worden, Richard and Elisabeth. Many relatives and friends enjoyed the "open bouse" party at Joy and Ted Werry's home last Saturday in honor of their eldest daughter Patti and ber fiance David Cecchet- to. Mr. and Mrs. O.C. Ashton- accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Harry Worden for an imagin- ary trip to Germany in the Travelogue at Eastdale Col- legiate sponsored by Oshawa Kiwanis Club on Monday evening. The Enniskillen "Baker's Dozen" held its third meetinf at the home of Mrs. Pollar, Sept. 3th. We opened with the 4-H Pledge.' Susan Werry read the minutes for meeting two. Then we ail made comments on bow dur bread for'home activity turned out. Evtery- one's turned out good and we discussed some techniques of producing better bread. We also discussed the "Conven- lence Yeast Products" and will check our supermarkets for these products as a home activity. After discussions, the "Baker's Dozen" got into the demonstration by preparing Brown Batter Bread and rolîs. We sampled the rolîs and tbey tasted good to most members, the rest didn't like the taste of the whole wheat flour. Next meeting we will start shaping various types of rolîs. Mrs. Edith Stainton is spending a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence English, Bowmanville. Mrs. Stainton is lookîng forward to celebrating ber 9th birthdgy on October llt.
