When guests, expected or otherwise, drop by in the'evenings, make a break with traditional eggnog and try a wiId, blend of rasp- bernies and liqueur. ,The ingredients are as follows: RaspbÊEUryno& 1 pint fresb red rasp- bernies (or 2 lO-oz. packages of frozen bernies) 2 eggs, separated 1/ cup sugar 3/ cup milk 1/3 cup Liquore Galliano 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped Puree raspberries, using electric blender, sieve or food mill.:Strain to remove seeds. In large bowl, beat egg yolks and 1/ cup sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in milk, Galliano and puree. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Gradually beat in 2 tablespoons sugar until eggs are stiff. Fold into raspberry mixture with the whipped cream. Makes about 2 quarts.
