OnDump Complaint The latest chapter in the garbage dumping controversy between Ian Tyson and Walter John Hale has been wrîtten by the Durham Region works committee. The committee has decided to take no action on Mr. Tyson's complaint. Instead, the complaint will be referred to the Region's officiai plan process, works committee chairman Carl Puterbough said. Mr. Puterbough also stated .. that closing down the dump would not be within the jurisdiction of his committee.
