Fatality The new safety measures follow a fatality on the Mosport race track - - - a fatality that took place June 20 after the running of the Labatt's Formula 5000 race. The victim was Christopher Edward Mudge, 28, who dies in a head on collision after two cars by-passed barriers and attempted to race on the track.
