noRgiethO BOWMANVILLE, ONTARIO, SEPTEMBER 22, 1976 SECTION TWO The Honourable Pauline M. McGibbon, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, was the special Guest of. Honor on Sunday afternoon at Oshawa Armory where an impressive ceremony marked a Change in Command for the Ontario Regiment, RCAC. Lieut.-Col. N.M. Hall, C.D. Who commanded the Regiment from 1969-72 and again from 1974-76 was stepping down, handing over the CO's responsibility to, Lieut.-Col. M.J. Koster, C.D., AdeC. This photo shows the reviewing stand and part of the large crowd of dignitaries and guests who attended the event. Lieut. -Governor McGibbon addressed the gathering, praising Lieut.-Col. Hall for his years of devoted service to the regiment and extending best wishes to-Lieut.-Col., Koster for great success during his term as Commanding Officer.
