Honor on Sunday afternoon at Oshawa Armory where an impressive ceremony marked a Change in Command for the Ontario Regiment, RCAC. Lieut.-Col. N.M. Hall, C.D. Who commanded the Regiment from 1969-72 and again from 1974-76 was stepping down, handing over the CO's responsibility to, Lieut.-Col. M.J. Koster, C.D., AdeC.
