On Sunday night, Port Darlington Marina and Hotel Junior C Eagles were behind in the first period against the Durham Regional Police Ail-Stars, mainly because goalie Peter Naumienko was hotter than aa firecracker. Later in the period, they had thrown so much rubber at him that he got weary and let in some rebounds. The Mll-Stars "only had two forward lines and they tired later in the game with the resuit that the young Eagles had a field day as they piled up a lop-sided score. Naumienko sits after one goal with Eagles' Jerry Johnston just outside the net and Constable Terry Baker, a Bowmanville product, at his left. Proceeds from the game went for arena repairs.
