Don't Cross a Solid Line The driver of a motor vebicle who crosses the solid line ta pass on a grade or curve can easily and often does become a killer. A solid line means you dont have a clear view ahead ta sec what is coming. The safe side is your own side when a solid line is markcd on the road.
