In the accompanying ,pictures, the photographer is shown discussing one of his more popular shots, ,the crowd listens attentively, to his lecture, and then some of the group demonstrate how much they enjoy the display ýby "sniffing the prints. The first tender covers tbe construction of a 1.8 million gallon per day water supply plant. The recommended tender on this project totals $2.09.000. Hynes, 26, tilt. 3, Bowmanville, was charged February 27 witb 'having in his possession cocaine and cannabis marijuana.' He pleaded 'guilty' to both charges. A search was macle of his house and he said they were given for his own use. The crown prosecutor asked for a substantial fine on the cocaine charge. On the marijuana charge, the fine was $100 and costs, in-default 5 days. On the cocaine charge the fine was $400 and costs in default 20 days in addition to the above imposed. Daniel McRobbie, 20, 2 Jane St, Bowmanville, pleaded guilty' to having cannibis hash oil in his possession February 26. Const.
