Meeting Twenty members and two visitors of Blackstock's O.N.O. met at the home of Kathleen Dorreli for their April meeting. It was decided during the course of the business that due to the need of a new roof and a new coat of paint for the arena, the O.N.O. will donate an additional one' thousand dollars to the arena fund. One of the reasons for the alloca- tion of funds at this time is that Blackstock Arena is stili qualified te receive matching funds from Wintario for any 'donations made. Part of the proceeds from the Spring Thaw Dance, featuring the Joey Van quar- tet, on April 29th will be given to help pay for a new, floor covering in both washrooms at the Recreational Centre. Any- one wishing to help raise money for this project may buy tickets from Sandra Hoskin - 986-5574. It was voted to again sponsor the Summer Swim program at, Uxpool 'for the first three weeks of July.
