Barry Cullen made a nice pass to Bill Hogarth, in front of Whitby's net, who made no mistake in driving it home. Our next goal came on the power play as our defence pair of Mike Stocker and Rick Erwin passed the puck back and forth until Rick got a clear shot at Whitby's net to tie the game at 5 - 5. Witb 3 minutes left and Toros shorthanded Whitby scored to take the lead once again. With just over a minute remaining and the faceoff to the lef t of the Whitby goaltender, Brian Ruddy winning the draw and dropping it back Bill Hogarth in the siot who made little mistake with a bard low slapsbot to tie the game at 6 - 6. Paul Adams and Mark Lee sbared the goaltending for Toros.
