Mr. and Mrs. Bert Trim were Monday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Shemilt, Oshawa. The Newtonville Pastoral Charge Officiai Board meet- ing was held at Shilob United Church on Wednesday even- ing. Shila's project for the' coming year is ta paint the churcb and repair the roof. Lunch was served by the ladies following the meeting. Mr. Bert Trim visited Mr. Allan Brown, Caesarea on Wednesday afternoon. SMrs. Ada Hallawell and Mrs. Mary Caswell were Friday lunchean guests of Miss Norma Hallowell, Bow- manvile. Mrs. Isabelle Trim visited Mrs. Maude Cooper, Orano on Friday evening. Mrs. Sberrill Souch and boys spent Friday night with Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Therteli and family, Orono. Brian and Blaine stayed until Sunday when the Thertells brought them hame and spent the day witb the Souchs. Miss Janine Stevens, Orono spent the weekend with her friend Miss Shelley Farrow.
