Bowmanvile Atoms Tie Piekering in 1-1 Decision In a hard-fought game at the Bowmanville High School, Bowmanville United Major Atoms, sponsored by Checkers Variety, tied Pickering 1 - 1. The first haîf saw Bowman- ville doing most' of the attacking.' Gareth Stone scored after some good work by Glen Campbell. The second haîf was completely different as Pickering did ail the attacking.
