EDVAN REALTY LTD. WHEN TIME MATTERS There are always stories about eccentric old millionaires who put their homes on the market for some outlandish figure and then sit back, waiting--perhaps for years-until the market catches up with the price. Most of us can't enjoy that luxury. When we sell our homes it's because we're moving to a new job, or to a new house. Or we're retiring to some sunny spot. When we want to sell, we want to sell NOW. We don't want to wait a few years. Most buyers want to choose a home that's new on the market, too. If a house has been on the market for years, prospects wonder why--WHY hasn't it sold? What's wrong with it? The difference between a house that sits for years, and one that sells quickly, is often the services of a real estate pro- fessional. We've the knowhow to price the house right. We've got the resources to bring in buyers. When you're ready to put YOUR home on the market, list with Edvan Really Ltd.
