Rickaby's "Big 20" Changes Hands One of Bowmanville's oldest retail stores, Rickaby's Big 20, will have a new owner on February lst, 1964. He is George Webster, son-in- law of Mr. and Mrs. "Rick" Rickaby, the present owners. George cornes from Port Credit. He served four years as a pilot with the RCAF during the war. In 1952 he re-enlisted in the RCAF as a flying instructor until 1956. George and his wife Joan, live on Concession Street with their two daughters Jan and Karen.
