Seotember 29.1982 11 NESTLETON CAESAREA Family Visits Mr. Stanley Malcolm of Port Perry was a guest on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Malcolm of Nestleton. Mr. and Mrs. Chas Cawker of Scarborough were Friday guests at the Cawker farm on Scugog Point Road. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Cawker and Cathy were Saturday evening supper guests. Caesarea Community Church A very good attendance of local folks for Sunday morning at 11 a.m. with Rev. W. H. Crawford conducting the service. His text theme, "The way, the truth and the life". Responsive reading Psalm 61 - Scripture John 14: 1-15. The regular organist played for the service - Jane Anne McGill of Seagrave. The Caesarea Sunday School will commence next week. Try to attend and help this friendly little village Church to grow. A warm welcome awaits you. Warm Appreciation Now that fall is approaching approaching and the farm operation is pretty well completed, Sam and Mabel Cawker would like to voice sincere appreciation to our fine neighbours - Mr. Leon Brygman and family who have been so generous and helpful, willing to assist al all times with so many farm projects - first - the hay crops - Leon and h'is lovely daughters - Rosie, Sophie and Cindy were invaluable - the girls are real farmerettes farmerettes to say the least! increasing energy costs have sparked renewed interest in wood for fuel - so now- Sam and Leon are wood cutters. If a man is fortunate enough to cut his own wood, he has a choice and he may perhaps like to have several kinds. A home seems more meaningful if a man has a chance to tend his fire, and it means more than warmth and a saving in fuel - it means somehow - a glow in the heart. Wood - there is nothing quite like it - it warms you twice!
