Students taught the Bible Lesson in the different departments departments of the Sunday School and participated in the morning morning and evening services. The sun did not appear and the fire, lit by Fred Yates, was abandoned for a wind-break on his porch. Hot coffee served by Mrs, Yates was enjoyed. A Service was held and then a bounteous breakfast was served at Newcastle United Church. A good number of people attended Easter Services at St. George's Anglican Church. The Church School sang choruses at the beginning of the Service. The Church Choir sang the Anthem, I Am the Resurrection, by Healey Willan, and another Anthem, Revive Us Again. Flowers donated by many families, were used by the Altar Guild to beautify the Church. United Church News On Friday evening, April 1st, at Newcastle United Church, a drama, An Investigation Investigation into the Death of Jesus Christ was very well presented presented by the following cast; Examining Tribune, Charles Ewert; Centurion, Gary Schmid; Pontius Pilate, Ray Noble; Caiaphus, the High Priest, Rev.
