A 19 year old young man received 300 hours of Community Community Service work for the Property-related offence of Armed Robbery. He was placed with the Automotive Museum after a screening interview by the YMCA C.S.O. Co-ordinator. The Agency found him a reliable, reliable, hard worker and, after consulting with the "Y" C.S.O. Co-ordinator, hired him. It was agreed that any overtime hours could be counted as community service hours; The offender was given a feeling of accomplishment, and paid employment while he was still able to comply with the C.S.O. condition. During his tenure with the Agency, further charges developed; however, due to the relationship relationship established, the offender felt comfortable enough to confide in the Agency personnel, personnel, who remained supportive.
