Cream butter and sugar; add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour mixture. 4. Press half of the dough into a greased 2 L (8") pan. Spread the fruit mixture over the dough, then press remaining remaining dougn on top. 5. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) about 30 minutes or until done. United Way Agency Helps Durham Region Family YMCA Catherine, a young mother of a two-year-old, and whose husband is unemployed, was very unhappy within herself.
