The experience in Zambia was illustrated with slides which helped to translate life in that country to the understanding of the audience. The Craigs tried to convey the sense of distance, the vastness of Africa and the great size of Zambia, by stating that it took nine hours flight from the airport at London, England, to Lusaka, Zambia; approximately seven of those hours were spent flying over Africa. Then it was a two day trip of 1200 kilometers to the Training Centre at Kashinda, where Ralph and his family live and work. Zambia was described as being relative in size to the Province of Quebec. Ralph is a presbytery lay- trainer, arranging and helping to conduct courses for elders, stewards, catechumen leaders, KBBK (U.C.W.) leaders and lay preachers.
