Susie Neals was the events winner with Kevin and Chris McReelis placing second and third respectively. Best Paint and Design awards went to Kevin and Chris McReelis. On Monday, May 21, the weekend finale was the traditional traditional parade. This year the Manvers Historical Society arranged for Reeve George Neals, John Eakins and Allan Lawrence to take part in a flag raising ceremony to honour the bicentennial. A super pipe band from Lindsay provided music and the Shriners' Clowns of Peterborough entertained entertained the tots on the parade route and at the park. The winners of various parade categories are as follows: Best Soapbox - Chris McReelis, Stacy Brooks. Best Decorated Wagon - Yvonne McQuaid and Helen McGill.
