Chairman Re-elected When Tie Vote Forces a Draw The Canadian Statesman. Bowmanvillc. December 12,1984 Trustees of the Northumberland and Newcastle Board of Education last week reelected reelected Ian Wilson to sit as chairman of the board for 1985.
