If the assessed value of a property did not change during 1984, the owner of that property will not have received received the usual "Notice of Assessment" Assessment" that he received in •T XXZ.L We d like to rake this time to previous years, nor will the owner have received the "Notice of Complaint" form and other literature which advised him of his right to appeal. Those property owners who have been awarded assessment assessment decreases since the general reassessment last winter have already received their revised Notice of Assessment - in late November. They were informed in the accompanying literature that they must submit a Notice of Complaint by January 8,1985 if they wish to appeal their assessment again in 1985.
