Part of the former Hollingshead Factory on Scugog St. has seen extensive painting and renovations during the past few weeks as volunteers work towards the completion of a Christian youth centre. Organizers plan to use 6,000 square feet at the old factory as a recreation and counselling facility for young people. Some programs have already been held at the building as a preview of future plans. However, the centre, which is operated by Son Rise Ministries, will not be fully operational until March. Durham Drama Festival Winners The high schools in Durham County will be holding their eighteenth annual Drama Festival the week of February 25 to March 2 at G.L. Roberts Collegiate Collegiate and Vocational Institute, Institute, Oshawa. It is one of twenty-five such festivals held throughout the province province each year to provide . a showcase for the dramatic talents of students and teachers.
