Spotlight on Bud Fanning Newcastle has changed for the better since Bud Fanning first became Director of Community Services over 21 years ago. by Catherine Denny Bud Fanning has witnessed witnessed a great deal of changes in Newcastle during his 21 years as Director of Community Community Services.
