Bowmanville, Ont. 623-3541 DID YOU KNOW? By John Winters, C.A. Candidate for Mayor Did you know that Municipal Buildings serve as a symbol of the quality of government services to the community. It is the responsibility responsibility of council to maintain public property and set a vital example that will proudly express its function of civic government and democratic democratic traditions. Mismanagement of community property is very costly not only in terms of replacement costs due to deterioration but also in lost opportunities. As a municipality competing to attract new commerce it is important that we present an attractive image. JOHN WINTERS FOR MAYOR
